Your travel insurance policy is underwritten by AWP P&C SA and administered in the UK by Allianz Assistance. Gadget cover is underwritten by Collinson Insurance.
Your Certificate of Insurance and Policy Documents will be emailed to the email address you have provided shortly, please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive them within the hour.
Please read all of your documents carefully as they contain important information regarding your cover and what to do in the event of a Medical Emergency or claim. We cannot accept liability if you do not have enough time to review your documents before travel.
If you receive any medical attention whilst you are away and the bills are likely to exceed £500, please call the Emergency Assistance Service. Their number is in your copy of the policy wording.
Your policy comes with a 14 day cooling off period. Please check that the cover meets your requirements. If not, contact us within 14 days to cancel your policy and to arrange a refund of your premium. After 14 days no refunds are available for single trip policies. After 14 days a pro-rata refund is available for annual multi trip policies. Please refer to your insurance policy wording for full details.
If you have purchased an Annual Multi trip policy and you have any change in health after purchasing this policy you must report this to us before travelling and/or making any holiday balance payments so that we can advise you on whether cover can continue.
